  • Registered company or founders planning to incorporate soon
  • Startup working in biotechnology, med-tech, healthcare, life sciences, or aligned deep-tech domains
  • Ability to work remotely while participating in virtual sessions
  • Commitment to reviews, mentorship meetings, and program deliverables
  • Approval followed by agreement signing and onboarding
  • Complete the online Virtual Incubation application form
  • Submit details about your idea, company, and team
  • Initial feasibility screening by the incubator team
  • Virtual presentation to the Incubation Program Committee (IPC)
  • Monthly virtual incubation fee (based on category and plan)
  • Optional lab/instrument usage available on a pay-per-use basis during visits
  • Special concessions available for eligible MAHE students, faculty, and women-led startups (as per K-Tech norms)
  • Monthly invoicing with standard payment terms
  • Graduation after meeting program milestones and readiness criteria
  • Voluntary exit upon written request
  • Discontinuation in cases of non-performance, non-payment, or policy violations
  • Graduated startups receive alumni status and continued ecosystem access
